01Acceptance of Terms of Use

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at 9 Kelab. If a player is found to have multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances, bonuses, and winnings will be forfeited without notice.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not held in the name of the 9 Kelab account owner are strictly prohibited and will not be processed.

• 9 kelab reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.
• Any unauthorised chargeback will result in immediate account closure.

05Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are the odds that apply — odds that change after confirmation do not affect existing bets.

For Live Casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger), results issued by the online dealer are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. Video recordings of all Live Casino sessions are retained for dispute resolution purposes.

07Prohibited Conduct

9 kelab has a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud and misconduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
